What do you repair?
Three things: dishwashers, washing machines and clothes dryers. We don’t repair ovens, cooktops, fridges, rangehoods or microwaves.
How much is the call-out?
The weekday call-out is $198 including GST. Call-outs on weekends or after 7pm include a 30% surcharge, which makes them $257.40 including GST.
Are parts and labour included in the call-out?
Parts and any further labour are separate. We tell you the cost before going ahead, so you can decide first.
Which areas do you cover?
The Lower and Upper North Shore, Hornsby and surrounds, and the Hills and North West. If your suburb isn’t listed, send us your postcode and we’ll let you know.
Which brands do you work on?
Most household brands, including Miele, Bosch, Asko, Fisher & Paykel, Samsung, LG, Electrolux, Westinghouse, Simpson and Smeg. We’re independent and not an authorised agent for any brand.
Will you tell me if it’s not worth fixing?
Yes. If the repair doesn’t make sense for the age or condition of the machine, we’ll say so before you spend more.
What should I have ready when I book?
The machine type, brand, model number, your suburb, any error code, and whether it’s stacked or built in. Photos help too.
Do you work with landlords and property managers?
Yes. Tell us who’s approving the work, who receives the invoice and how to arrange tenant access.
