Send the machine type, brand, model number, your suburb and any error code. A photo of the model label helps.
We visit and find the cause
The call-out gets a technician to your door to look at the machine and find the fault.
You decide what happens next
We explain the fault and the cost of labour and parts. Nothing further goes ahead until you say yes.
Repair and test
We fix it and run the machine to confirm the fault is gone. If a part needs ordering, we arrange a return visit.

Repair or replace?
A worn pump on a good machine is usually worth fixing. Repeat faults and discontinued parts can change that, and built-in machines can cost more to replace than the sticker price suggests.

What do you repair?
Three things: dishwashers, washing machines and clothes dryers. We don’t repair ovens, cooktops, fridges, rangehoods or microwaves.
How much is the call-out?
The weekday call-out is $198 including GST. Call-outs on weekends or after 7pm include a 30% surcharge, which makes them $257.40 including GST.
Are parts and labour included in the call-out?
Parts and any further labour are separate. We tell you the cost before going ahead, so you can decide first.
Which areas do you cover?
The Lower and Upper North Shore, Hornsby and surrounds, and the Hills and North West. If your suburb isn’t listed, send us your postcode and we’ll let you know.
Which brands do you work on?
Most household brands, including Miele, Bosch, Asko, Fisher & Paykel, Samsung, LG, Electrolux, Westinghouse, Simpson and Smeg. We’re independent and not an authorised agent for any brand.
Will you tell me if it’s not worth fixing?
Yes. If the repair doesn’t make sense for the age or condition of the machine, we’ll say so before you spend more.
