- A phone number so we can arrange access and confirm the fault.
- Access details
- Keys, concierge, lifts, parking and any building rules.
- Approval limit
- The amount we can proceed to, and who approves anything above it.
- Invoice details
- Who the invoice goes to: owner, agency or another contact.
- Model photo
- A clear photo of the machine and its model label.
- Report recipient
- Who should get the fault details and repair options.
